In the post, I write you the following recommendations on the use of the tablet, mobile or company car.
- It is essential to know the protocol of the company. If it does not come in the contract, you have the right to know it.
- It may also appear in the employment contract. Therefore, you must read it carefully.
- Two different assumptions:
- If there is a prohibition on personal use.
- If there is no prohibition on personal use.
- In Spain, there is no Law that regulates the use of the devices that the company makes available to workers.
- As there is no Law, you should always read and know the company's protocol on this matter.
- And if in said protocol, the prohibition of their personal use appears, do not make such use.
