PRINCIPLES OF MEDIATION

Willfulness

The parties freely attend both the exploratory information session and the rest of the sessions of the mediation process.

They can leave whenever they consider, without giving any kind of explanation.

Impartiality

I am not against one party and for the other party.

Neutrality

I do not take sides anywhere.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed during the mediation sessions cannot be revealed by either the parties or the mediator.

In relation to caucuses, that is, individual sessions, the mediatrix can never reveal the content in joint sessions. The party may reveal what it deems appropriate or not reveal anything at all.

Orality

The process takes place all spoken, both between the parties and between the parties and the mediator.
